- 3 Honeycrisp apples, cored and sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 stick butter
- 2 oz bourbon
- pinch of salt
