Here at Boulder County Farmers Markets, we are working towards a future where everyone has access to fresh, local food. This is a big goal, one that we know can’t be done alone. Check out these incredible resources for information on food pantries, educational resources, and more!

The Hunger Free Colorado hotline is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The Hotline is statewide, toll-free and available to all Coloradans, regardless of legal status, in 150+ languages.

Community Food Share is a Boulder County food bank that offers once a week pick up food shares at mobile or onsite locations. Food is sourced from retail grocers, farmers, producers, distributors, and foodservice operators.

Harvest of Hope Pantry provides free, supplemental food to an average of 150 people each day. Some folks may need a food pantry to close a financial gap while others may be experiencing homelessness. They serve anyone who comes to our door! There is no requirement to show ID for any shopping at the pantry.

When: Every Sunday from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Produce in the Park on odd Sundays (1st, 3rd, 5th) at Collyer Park (walk-up)
Produce in the Parking Lot on even Sundays (2nd, 4th) at YMCA Parking Lot (drive-up)
No forms to fill out or questions asked. We strive for equity at all of our distributions. Food is a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, prepared deli foods, dairy, and bakery items, depending on that week’s donations. We will distribute food as long as supplies last, or until 2 p.m.
Community Fridges:
Community fridges, or ‘freedges’, run off goodwill basis from local residents. Anyone can drop off unwanted or unused food items and anyone can stop by to take what they need. No questions asked!
Heart of Longmont Fridge

This fridge is located on the northwest corner of the building, against the west-facing wall behind the pantry box.
Longmont United Hospital Fridge
1950 Mountain View Ave, Longmont
This fridge is located in between the hospital main entrance and emergency entrance, off the small side parking lot by the hospital dumpsters.

The Nederland Food Pantry is open to all residents in the Peak-to-Peak area. You can simply go to the pantry during its operating hours to receive assistance.

Every day of the year, their in-house cook and volunteers prepare warm, nutritious meals with care. On weekends, Café Outreach Teams—families, schools, businesses, service clubs, and faith communities—join together to serve.
A valid meal card is required to receive services. To receive a meal card, bring photo ID and proof of current residency in St. Vrain Valley School District to the front desk.

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, also known as SNAP or Food Stamps provides nutritional food assistance for households who meet certain eligibility criteria. There are several ways to apply for benefits: electronically, over the phone, or on paper.

WIC promotes and maintains the health and well-being of nutritionally at-risk pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women and infants and children by providing: Supplemental nutritious foods, nutrition and breastfeeding information, and referral to other health and nutrition services.
WIC participants can access services in person or by phone. Call one of the three clinics to make an appointment.
