Boulder County Farmers Markets has partnered with Hinman Pie to provide local, handmade pies just in time for Thanksgiving.
About Hinman Pie
Hinman Pies are made from scratch in small batches from the finest ingredients. Their famous, flaky crust is made using Colorado-ground transitional flour from farms that moving from conventional to organic farming practices and the best dairy butter available. Hinman Pie sweet fillings Colorado-grown Granny Smith apples, Texas pecans, real Vermont maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, turbinado sugar, freshly ground spices and sea salt. Customers in Boulder, Longmont, and Lafayette can pre-order Hinman Pie for the Thanksgiving holiday now through Monday, November 17 at 1:00 p.m. through Boulder County Farmers Markets’ online store. Choose from apple, pecan, pumpkin, and salted maple pie and select your preferred pick up location. All pre-orders will be distributed on Wednesday, November 26 and can simply be reheated when you are ready to enjoy this Thanksgiving!
Existing Online Customers
If you’re already a customer, all you need to do is simply log into your account and select your favorite pie —or two — from the Baked Goods & Tortillas section. Then, confirm your pick-up location, and submit your payment. Voilà! You are all set to have a delicious dessert, ready to pick up the day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday, November 26) at your chosen location.
New Online Customers
Customers new to our online store can get started by creating an account with Local Food Marketplace. Select your preferred pick-up location in Boulder, Longmont, or Lafayette, and start shoppin’! To pre-order your pie, navigate to the Baked Goods & Tortillas section, and select “HOLIDAY PIE PRE-ORDER.” Choose which flavor(s) you’d like, and then proceed to check out. Your order will be ready to pick up on Wednesday, November 26 at your chosen pick-up location, just in time to defrost and bake for Thanksgiving!
