Habanero Melon Relish

  • 1 large cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 oz Chiporro hot sauce


  • In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
