Meet the people behind your produce.
Here you’ll find the farmers, growers, ranchers, canners, cooks, bakers, and entrepreneurs that are at the heart of our markets. Not only do they live in Colorado, but they prioritize local sourcing, increasing food access in our towns, and investing time and effort into our market community.
How we vet our vendors
Our vendors grow their own produce, raise their own animals, or prepare and package their own food with as many locally grown products as possible.
We require all of our vendors to call Colorado home. By selling to Colorado eaters directly, farmers can reinvest in our communities through fair wages for farm staff and better farming practices for the planet. Each dollar spent with them translates into 3.5 times more wealth for our local economy.
Our vendors offer high-quality products and ingredients that are delicious, minimally processed, and are free from high-fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients and preservatives.
Our markets are Zero Waste, and we ask our vendors to make this commitment with us. Additionally, we value sustainable and regenerative land use practices, and our vendors do their part in their daily practices.
