Please note: The following option for Guest or Full-Time status only applies to food vendors (farmers, ranchers, apiaries, packaged and prepared foods). Full-time vendors are expected to commit to our entire market season. Guests vendors may participate, at staff discretion, in a maximum of six market dates for each market where they are considered for guest status.
Please download and fill out this crop and/or product list spreadsheet and upload it below. This must include a complete list of products you wish to sell at the farmers markets in 2024. If you are interested in adding new products during the season, you must submit a new product request to your Market Manager(s) to be reviewed and approved by the BCFM Board of Directors.
In order to perform at any of our markets, we require you to review and sign our 2023 Performance Agreement. Please upload the signed contract below.
Boulder County Farmers Markets (BCFM) accepts applications from nonprofit organizations for limited tabling opportunties during seasonal markets as a service to our community. Due to space constraints, preference is give to nonprofits whose focus is on Boulder County. Primary consideration will be given to groups that are involved with issues directly related to the mission of BCFM – i.e. agriculture, local food, healthy eating, environmental issues, etc. In an effort to continue providing this service to the community without compromising BCFM’s mission, we require you to review and sign our 2024 Community Group Contract.

Boulder County Farmers Markets are producer-only markets. By applying to participate in our markets, you are certifying that all products you intend to sell at our markets are grown, raised, or made in Colorado by your business.

BCFM’s mission is rooted in expanding local agriculture and strengthening relationships between local food producers and community members. Our packaged food vendors share a similar vision and play a pivotal role by sourcing ingredients from local farms, and in many cases, directly from BCFM members.
